HEALTH THROUGH FRUITS







Fruits are largest store of energy.


What a greatness of fruits that they are narrated in Quran Majeed and Bible with its admiration. For thousands of years always the fruits are understood/considered the best diet for human. The only source of sweet were fruits before sugar discovery.All kinds of Vitamins are found in fruits specially Vitamin-D.

Types of sugar

There are some types of sugar

1-Sucrose Sugar of sugar cane and beetroot

2-Fructose
Sugar of fruits

3-Glucose
Sugar of grapes

4-Lactose Sugar of milk

Now a days mostly sucrose uses as a sweet in all dishes. In west its usage is 29 kg / person annually.Because sucrose is empty of Vitamins and mineral salts, so it is some harmful for stomach and pancreas.The physicians suggest low usage of sucrose.They also suggest that 4 kg per year should be reduce in use.The fruits must use instead of sugar.

Deference between fructose and sucrose 

Fructose is in digestible form whereas the sucrose is in indigestible form.In intestine the chemicals make the sucrose digestible.

White sugar is cause of acidity in stomach, although low usage of sugar does not do so but continuously usage of sugar, although may be in low quantity can cause of acidity.Some fruits like lemon, pineapple and   have low acidity effects but do not make acidity .We should use fig, grapes, oranges, kinoo, dates, peach and raisins instead of that fruits to avoid the acidity. Low acidity of fruits blocks the birth of harmful insects.In some diseases like nerves infection and rheumatism the nutritionist suggest extra use of fruits. The fruits      is very important thing. 


Grapes juice although be in very low quantity has the power to kill the typhoid insects in some minutes.Lemon juice, pineapple juice and orange juice have same power.In abdomen   there are two systems in progress,first digestive system and second anti insects system. The germs are killed through juices and our abdomen become germs free.We must convince the children to eat fruits and train them how to eat.It is mother,s duty that they select fruits for them.If the children are babies then they should soften the fruit by mashing to eat.Fruits and juices are used slowly until to mix the mouth saliva with fruits.
